  • Is there an order minimum?

    There is no order minimum at Mouse Pad Universe.  We cater to the individual as well as  to large corporations and everyone inbetween.  Thus, you may order 1 pad or 5,000 pads-- that's up to you!

    What types of payment do you accept?

    We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit card payments.  Secure credit card payment and e-checks can also be made through PayPal.  Our site has a VeriSign Secure Server ID, authenticated by Soltrus, which encrypts and protects all information against disclosure to 3rd parties.  Thus, all personal and private information will remain just that.

    We also accept personal checks and money orders/cashiers checks.  However, all checks must be drawn on American banks in US dollars.  If paying by check simply complete the check-out process and follow instructions as to where to mail your payment.  Order will be processed once payment is received and check has cleared.

    What is a "Coupon Code"?

    A "Coupon Code" is a special 15% discount we offer when orders of at least 75 mouse pads are made. Multiple images can be used (as opposed to single image requirements with our special bulk order rates).  We refer to these orders as "Mix+Match Large Order Discounts".     What are the shipping/handling charges?

    If we are shipping your mouse pads anywhere within the United States you will be charged a Flat Rate of $5.00 per order and they will be sent via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail (although large orders may be shipped via UPS Ground). You can order anywhere from 1 to 99 pads and your shipping charges will remain the same!  However, bulk orders of 100 pads or more will be shipped via UPS and charged according to weight (thus, $5 flat rate shipping does NOT apply to bulk ordering.) 

    *** If you reside outside the United States we will ship your mouse pads for $5.00 per item (via International Air).  This rate does not apply to bulk ordering in which you will be charged according to the weight of your order..

     

    Do you offer gift cards or gift certificates?

    Gift certificates make great gifts!  So yes, at Mouse Pad Universe we offer gift certificates for our mouse pads.  Please see our "Gift Certificate" page for detailed information on purchasing these.  Certificates may be redeemed anytime within 6 months of purchase date.  Any further questions, you may contact us at info@mousepaduniverse.com.

    What are your mouse pads made of?

    Our mouse pads are all commercial quality, polyester cloth covered pads with 1/4" thick natural rubber backing.  Crisp and vibrant full-color images are imprinted at top resolution with a professional matte finish.  Our pads are quiet and smooth and extremely durable.  They work great with any type of mouse and are large in size measuring 9.25 x 7.75 inches. 

    **We also offer 1/8" thick fabric topped pads for bulk orders of 100 pads or more.  These pads measure 9.25 x 7.62 inches.

    How do I go about sending you a photo for customization?

    For photo customization please visit our "Custom Orders" page where you will attach your high resolution digital photograph in an e-mail and send to PAK@mousepaduniverse.com. We prefer .jpg file formats but can accept most other formats as well.  If you would like any wording or names on it please let us know at that time (no additional charge).  You will then "Add to Shopping Cart" and follow standard check-out procedures.

    If you have any questions you may contact us at the above address and we will promptly reply.  If, for whatever reason, we are unable to receive your photo attachment or we have questions regarding your picture, we will correspond with you via e-mail as soon as possible. 

    How long before I receive my order?

    ***Beginning December 1st we will offer NEXT-DAY shipping**.  Orders placed by December 20th will hopefully arrive by December 24th. However, we cannot guarantee this as our products are shipped via First Class mail and may be subject to some unpredictability. During the non-holiday season, most orders are shipped within 1 - 3 business days (for large orders additional time may be required).  If paying by check we will need to wait until it clears before we begin processing an order. Once shipment is made, however, in the United States please allow for 3 additional business days until you actually receive the order.  Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail.  However, orders of over 20 pads may be shipped via UPS.

    For bulk orders (100 pads or more) the turnaround time is from 7 - 14 business days (with additional time for UPS shipping)..  However, if you require your order by an earlier date we'll do our best to accomodate you.

    What if I want to cancel my order?

    Because most orders are shipped within 1 - 3  business days and some actually go out the day the order is placed, it may be impossible to "cancel" an order.  However, once you receive the order from us you can always send it back and you will be credited in full (minus the shipping/handling charges).  We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but we see it as a service to our customers that our orders are processed and shipped so quickly.

    What if I am not happy with my mouse pad or it arrives in less than perfect condition?

    First of all, we personally guarantee that your mouse will love our pads!  Nevertheless, we will refund or replace any mouse pad that does not meet your standards for whatever reason. Just e-mail us at info@mousepaduniverse.com for information on returns/exchanges.  We allow 30 days from time of ship date for exchanges or returns. 

    When exchanging mouse pads, Mouse Pad Universe must first receive back the original order in perfect condition before the new order is sent out. Customer is responsible for postage on new order. When returning mouse pads for a refund, all money will be refunded (minus shipping/handling charge) once items are received back in perfect condition.
    Note:  Custom orders may not be returned unless there is something actually wrong with the mouse pad or with the design execution.  You may contact us if you have any questions.

    Please keep in mind that in order to produce a quality pad some of the photo edges may be lost when reproduced.  This is partly due to the 'rounded corners' that a mouse pad shape has, but it is also due to the fact that in our efforts to create clean edging all around--  the actual photo must overlay the size of the pad.  In most cases this will not even be noticeable.  In other cases it will be minimally noticeable.  We make every effort to create as beautiful a pad as we can with each one getting our individualized attention.

    For bulk orders of 100 or more mouse pads, we will expect approval from the customer before we begin processing the order.  This may take the form of a digital proof or a mock-up sample. Once bulk orders are delivered they cannot be returned unless there is something physically wrong with the pads.

    What will you use my e-mail address for?

    When you place an order with us you will be prompted to add an e-mail address.  This is important because we may need to get in touch with you regarding your order or digital attachment.  We do not send e-mail for any other reason,  nor do we send promotional e-mails.  At Mouse Pad Universe we care about your privacy and would like you to shop with confidence and peace of mind.

     

    I am having trouble placing an order. What should I do?

    If you should experience difficulty trying to place an order with us it is most likely caused by a temporary technical problem with our server.  Please try again a little while later.  You may notify us about the problem by e-mailing info@mousepaduniverse.com  and you can also request  that we call you by phone so you can continue with your order.  Mouse Pad Universe values all customers and would hate to lose you because of a minor technology glitch.

    Do you exchange links with other Websites?
